Planting method

1. Soak the seeds, the alfalfa seeds are very small, and it does not take too long to soak, about 6 to 7 hours. 
 
2. A plastic shallow tray with good drainage performance, lay the seedling paper on the bottom, soak it, rinse the soaked seeds with water, and spread them evenly on the seedling paper at the bottom of the perforated tray.  

3. Cover the seedlings with paper or gauze to avoid light and promote germination. During the germination period, water should be sprinkled to keep the seeds moist, but the water should not be too large and should not be stagnant.  

4.the seeds will generally germinate in about 2 to 3 days.  

5. After three days, when the alfalfa sprouts grow taller, remove the paper towel.  

6. When the alfalfa sprouts grow to about 2 cm, they should be placed in a low-light environment to grow.  

7.six or seven days, the alfalfa sprouts will almost grow, move them to the sun for greening, and it only takes half a day to harvest and eat.

8.alfalfa sprouts contain various nutrients that the human body needs, mainly including vitamins, cellulose, protein and minerals. 

9. alfalfa does not like high temperature. If it is summer, it can be cultivated in the fresh-keeping drawer of the refrigerator, and it can be taken out and watered in the morning and evening. If you want to save space, you can also use a fine mesh bag as a growing container.

10. alfalfa needs a lot of watering. Every time you water, it should be watered like a bath for the seeds, 2-3 times a day, and the water will be poured out after watering.
