Description

Sowing
In order to make the seedlings neat and strong, the seeds should be treated when sowing, soak the seeds in warm water at 50°C for 12-24 hours, after they absorb water and swell, remove the surface layer to dry, mix with firewood ash and then sow. Sow holes on the prepared border at a plant spacing of 50 cm and a row spacing of 50 cm. The depth of the hole is determined by the moisture content. If the moisture content is good, the hole is 3 cm deep and covered with soil of 1.5-2 cm; when the moisture content is high, the soil is covered with 2 cm. 5-6 capsules per hole, slightly suppressed. Always keep the soil moist after sowing, germinate and emerge in 7-10 days, and the amount of seed per mu is 1-1.5 kg. The use of plastic film during sowing can significantly improve the yield and quality of Cassia.

The requirements for soil are not strict. It can be cultivated on sunny slopes, ditches, and roadsides. Sandy loam with deep, fertile and well-drained soil is suitable, pH 6.5-7.5 is acceptable. Over-sticky, saline-alkali soil Not suitable for cultivation. Cassia is a light-loving plant, prefers a warm and humid climate, and sufficient sunlight is conducive to its growth.
