Description
Jacaranda (scientific name: Jacaranda mimosifolia D. Don) is a deciduous tree belonging to the Bignonia family and jacaranda, with a height of 15 meters. The leaves are opposite, with 2 pinnate compound leaves, lobules elliptical-lanceolate to elliptical rhombus, flower blue, inflorescences up to 30 cm long and about 18 cm in diameter. It is native to Brazil, South America, and introduced and cultivated in Guangdong, Hainan, Guangxi, Fujian and southern Yunnan of China. Jacaranda likes sunny and warm, humid climate.
