Description
1.Choosing bean seeds
Mung beans can be purchased from the market. Before germination, seed selection should be carried out to remove impurities such as broken petals, shriveled, moth-eaten and soil. This is the first step of cultivation. When washing, be careful to remove all the floating mung beans. These are immature or spoiled beans, and their germination rate is extremely low.
2. Seed soaking treatment of bean seeds
The selected plump mung bean seeds are soaked with 1 kg of water and 1 kg of beans. The water temperature can be controlled at 20-23 ° C. The soaking time is generally 6-7 hours, so that the beans are fully swelled and there are no wrinkles.
3. Put it into a container for cultivation
The container for budding can be placed in a stable air place, and should not be placed in a ventilated aisle or an open place. At the same time, after loading the beans, cover the beans with multiple layers of gauze (or use straw bags, sacks, woolen cloth); cover tightly. Containers can be made of wooden barrels, with holes at the bottom and movable bottom plates to facilitate bean sprouts and cleaning.
4. Watering
The growth of bean sprouts must have sufficient water, which can be supplied by regular watering. There are two methods of watering. One is that the amount of water should be more every time the water is sprayed. The water going down is the same temperature as the water coming out. Another method is to fill the entire container with water, then let the water out, and repeat this two or three times. When pouring water, the cover above the cultivation container should be opened, and the cover should be re-closed in time after the water is poured evenly. The watering time is generally once every 4-5 hours, no matter day or night, it must be carried out continuously.
5. Harvest
It should be harvested immediately when the true leaves appear. If the roots grow more fibrous roots, it is too old.
