Sprouting & Planting Guide
Clean the oil sunflower seeds and soak them in clean water for 10‑16 hours until seeds swell.
Arrange soaked seeds inside breathable sprouting trays. Maintain a shady, cool and ventilated growing‑space.
Rinse seeds 2‑3 times per day and drain standing‑water completely to prevent mould‑rot.
For outdoor plantation, sow seeds within loose, well‑drained sandy soil. Oil‑type sunflower requires full‑sun exposure and warm surroundings for robust oil‑seed growth.
