Description
Rhus Typhina Nutt, (scientific name: Rhus Typhina), is a small deciduous tree belonging to the class Dicotyledons, Soappindia, Araceae, and Salina. Odd-pinnate compound leaves alternate, oblong to lanceolate. The erect panicles are terminal and the ears are bright red. The fruit is oblate and has red bristles, which are densely gathered into a torch-like shape. After the fruit matures in September, it will not fall for a long time, and the leaves will turn red after autumn, which is very spectacular. Native to Europe and the United States, it often grows on open sandy or gravel soil.
