Planting & Sprouting Guide
For indoor sprouting, place seeds inside clean sprouting trays. Keep the environment cool, shaded and well‑ventilated. Rinse the seeds with clean water two‑three times each day and drain extra water to avoid rot.
For outdoor sowing, choose loose‑drained fertile soil. Spinach prefers cool‑temperature conditions. Suitable sowing seasons are early spring and autumn. Keep the soil mildly moist and avoid strong high‑temperature sunlight.
