Sprouting and Planting Guide
Rinse the wheat seeds and soak them in clean room‑temperature water for 8‑12 hours until grains swell.
Place soaked seeds into sprouting trays with good air circulation. Keep the growing area shaded and cool.
Flush the seeds with fresh‑made water two to three times each day and drain leftover water thoroughly to stop mould and spoilage.
For outdoor field sowing, plant wheat seeds inside loose fertile soil. The grain prefers full sunlight and cool‑season surroundings.
